Text It Treats offers made-to-order treats including cookies, candy bars, and similar confections. All products are prepared in Natrona County, Wyoming.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with Text It Treats. By making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without liability.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. Text It Treats is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or non-delivery caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

All content on this site, including images, logos, text, and branding, is the property of Text It Treats and may not be used without written permission.

Text It Treats is not liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. By purchasing, you agree to release Text It Treats from any claims related to allergic reactions, shipping delays, or improper storage of products.

SHIPPING POLICY

Text It Treats currently ships within the United States only.

We ship using USPS and FedEx.

All treats are made to order. Please allow 3 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Text It Treats is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been transferred to the carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you did not receive it, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Text It Treats is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.

Local pickup or delivery is not available through the website. Customers may send a message to inquire about possible local delivery options.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can review the issue.

ALLERGEN & FOOD DISCLAIMER

Text It Treats follows strict cleaning and sanitizing procedures to reduce the risk of cross-contact.

Our kitchen does not use peanuts as an ingredient. Some ingredients used in our products are manufactured in facilities that also process peanuts.

However, we use a variety of other common allergens, including but not limited to:

Milk
Eggs
Wheat (gluten)
Soy
Peanuts
Tree nuts
Fish
Crustacean shellfish
Sesame

All products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens.

Ingredient lists are provided on each product page. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients before purchasing.
